It was very fun working with you all with one common goal
[Trying to plan reflection]
Which was totally out of our usual scope of camps, which are the scoutie things.

We made it, nevertheless!
And we ended off with a BANG during the closing party!!!
Oops!!! It was supposed to be the closing reflection!
See ya guys sometime next yr!
Take care everyone =]

It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.
Confucius

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.
Mother Theresa

some random quotes here

A nice cryptic poem i found in deviantart (actually friend help me one. WOOHOO)
by "GC-photography"
credits to him! woohoo

To live to hate life another day,
Is a remarkable thing in this selfish world,
Another day of mock sympathy,
You care, but not enough to give away your hard earned time,
Who begs your purse for mercy?
Those adverts are just made to make you guilty, its not really real,
Those millions of factory faces,

Is it not incredible?
That you could live like that and still want to live at all?
It’s such that you cannot understand,
Like death till you’ve been there,
Well, its where were headed, just wait.
It’s not so bad really.

Till were there, there’s another shop to look in,
So let’s waste our time away,
The time you couldn't bare to give away.

OKAY I'M GOING TO SLEEP NOW. I'll DO THE SCRIPT WHEN I GET THE SOLIDARITY WITH THE POOR SCRIPT FROM KENNY. AND I'LL CONTINUE BUGGING MY TEACHER FOR PPS. AND I'LL DREAM OF COOL IDEAS. THAT'S IT FROM ME. OH CRAP. SOMEONE'S TALKING TO ME IN MSN. RARH. NIGHT DUDES. SEE YOU ALL ON 28TH!

omg. i need sleep. all of you better be working your asses off too.

Today, whether it is a student who holds a sit-in to get the army recruiters off his campus, or the mother of a dead soldier who refuses to leave the front gate of the president's ranch, we continue to be saved by brave people who risk ridicule and rejection but end up turning huge tides of public opinion in the direction of righteousness. We owe them enormous debts of gratitude. It is not easy to stand up for what is right, especially when everyone else is afraid to leave the comfortable path of conformity. - Michael Moore

The world would be a much better place if everyone puts in a little effort, rather than waiting for others to do their part. -unknown

“ There is a terrible hunger for love. We all experience that in our lives - the pain, the loneliness. We must have the courage to recognize it. The poor you may have right in your own family. Find them. Love them. ” Mother Theresa

We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee. - Marian Wright Edelman

If you don't like the way the world is, you change it. You have an obligation to change it You just do it one step at a time. - Marian Wright Edelman

A lot of people are waiting for Martin Luther King or Mahatma Gandhi to come back -- but they are gone. We are it. It is up to us. It is up to you. - Marian Wright Edelman

I long to accomplish a great and noble tasks, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker. - helen keller

some nice quotations

The world is more malleable than you think and it's waiting for you to hammer it into shape. - Bono

If you believe that some day it's going to happen, some day it probably will happen. You just have to make sure you're there when it's happening, and ideally you're at the front of the parade, and the principle beneficiary of when it happens, but it's not a kind of thing where you just sort of sit back and wait. - Steve Case

The majority of us lead quiet, unheralded lives as we pass through this world.
There will most likely be no ticker-tape parades for us, no monuments created in our honor. But that does not lessen our possible impact, for there are scores of people waiting for someone just like us to come along; people who will appreciate our compassion, our unique talents. Someone who will live a happier life merely because we took the time to share what we had to give. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear,
an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have a potential to turn a life around. It's overwhelming to consider the continuous opportunities there are to make our love felt.
- Leo Buscaglia

Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think
that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person
who has nothing to eat.
Mother Teresa

If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one.
Mother Teresa

If you don't act now while it's fresh in your mind, it will probably join the list of things you were always going to do but never quite got around to. Chances are you'll also miss some opportunities. - Paul Clitheroe

We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless.
The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest
poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.
Mother Teresa

History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people.
- MLK Jr
